Checking Invoice Sequence Numbers

Use this option to check whether invoices were fully processed. It shows invoices which are missing or parts missing from sales and Debtors Transaction file.

Select MAINTENANCE | OTHER MAINTENANCE | INVOICE MAINTENANCE.

Micronet displays the Invoice Maintenance Utility screen.

Select FILE | CHECK INVOICE SEQUENCE.

Micronet displays the Check Invoice Sequence screen.

Complete the following fields:

	Field	Value
	Start Invoice	Enter the starting invoice number to check.
	End Invoice	Enter the ending invoice number to check.

Select FILE | CHECK IT.

Micronet checks the invoice sequence numbers and displays any invoices that are incomplete.
